Q: How do you get paid for your services?
A:
We understand that you have the right to know what you pay for a professional service. We want you to understand that you have a right to a transparent relationship and to clearly know the costs for portfolio management, transactions and advisory services. Our team will strive to be clear and concise and provide an answer in an understandable way.

Q: How can I place a trade in my account?
A:
Please call our office at 610-437-3500 and speak with one of our licensed representatives. If you are unable to reach us, please contact LPL’s Client Line at 1-800-558-7567.

Q: Do you offer online access to my accounts?
A:
Yes, LPL offers online access called AccountView. If you have already signed up, you can access your accounts directly by clicking on the “Client Login” at the top of this page, or by going directly to www.myaccountviewonline.com. If you are not yet enrolled in AccountView, please call our office at we will be able to create an online account for you.

Q: How can I start a relationship with your firm?
A:
Please visit the Contact Us link and complete the form. We will contact you to set up your first appointment. You may also download our welcome packet here (hyperlinked).

Q: I lost my statement. What should I do?
A:
Please contact our office. We are able to reproduce all LPL statements and tax information. We are also able to reproduce most statements from other fund companies.

Q: How often do you meet with your clients?
A:
We like to meet with our clients at least once a year. Every client’s situation is different, so we are able to meet as often as a client feels is necessary.

Q: Do you have referrals for other services, such as an attorney or bank?
A:
We are able to provide referrals to any of our strategic partners. We have many different professionals we work with to help our clients with many different areas of service. Please contact our office and we will be able to provide you with contact information dependent upon your area of concern.

Q: How can I get less paper in the mail?
A:
You may elect to receive most of your documents in an electronic format by accessing your AccountView profile. Simply click on the “Going Green” button on the right hand side. From there you can elect to receive several different documents electronically. Please keep in mind that there are some documents that are required to be sent by mail. You may also contact our office to limit the amount of paper you receive from outside companies.
